Nova Electronics, Inc. Warranty Statement

NOVA ELECTRONICS, INC. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for the warranty period stated below, from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. During this warranty period, the Nova Repair Center will repair or replace, at its option, any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which, upon inspection, reveal a defect in material or workmanship. Warranty service will be provided during the warranty period to any Nova consumer (ultimate user) at no cost if the defective product is returned to the Repair Center, shipping prepaid. Nova will pay for return shipping.

This warranty does not apply to any Nova product that has failed due to: improper installation, excessive voltages, unauthorized alterations, inadequate wiring, or circuit protection, or other use or installation contrary to Nova's recommendations; abuse, misuse, inadequate maintenance, unconventional use, or accidental damage. Nova assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, expenses incurred in removal or reinstallation, expenses for packaging, handling and shipping to the repair center, or the cost of special access equipment.

Nova reserves the right to discontinue any product without prior notice, or to implement design improvements to any product without prior notice.

There are no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Magnetic products are not recommended for use on vehicles in motion due to the risk of detachment by wind, vehicle speed, or other cause. Nova Electronics assumes no liability for property damage, product loss, or personal injury resulting from use contrary to this recommendation.

Please call an Authorized Nova Distributor in your area for a return authorization number. Click here for a listing of our current distributors.
Enclose a copy of the sales receipt or invoice with date of purchase. Include a brief explanation of the problem. Include name and daytime telephone number of consumer contact person.
